School should have been operational for at least 1 year at the time of application and have a minimum teaching staff of 10 can apply. We encourage participation from CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and State Board schools alike.
Yes. We believe in an inclusive culture, which means that every active teaching staff member has a consistently positive experience at work. Therefore, we do not exclude any segment of employees. However, if you have a concern, it can be discussed with our assessment team prior to beginning the process.
There are 2 modes available –
· Online (via unique email ids and internet connectivity)
· Offline Kiosk mode (available in select locations for now)
Yes, the survey is available in multiple languages including local regional as well as international languages.
The school must achieve a minimum of 75% positive responses in the survey to get certified.
The school will not be certified if it does not meet the certification threshold of 75% positive response. However,
§ Rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We believe in positive recognition thus we don’t disclose the names of schools which participate in the process and don’t get certified.
§ You still gain the benefits of employee feedback and can use our reports and analytics to decide further action plans. We have Consultants available if you’d like expert support along the way.
§ When you’re ready, you can apply again after a minimum of 6 months from the time of your survey.
§ Other branches and sister concerns of the school can still apply for the certification any time.
Yes. All participating schools receive a detailed diagnostic report with strengths, opportunities, and benchmarks—even if they don’t qualify for certification.

If a school has multiple branches or sister concerns, each campus must undergo the assessment process independently to ensure credibility and contextual relevance.
