How is this certification different from other school rankings?
What are the eligibility criteria for my school to apply for Teacher’s top Pick School Assessment and Certification?
Following schools are eligible
§ K-12/pre-primary/primary/secondary, senior secondary
§ Boarding school
§ Pre-School and Daycare
§ Special needs school
§ School can be government-run, private or NGO-run
School should have been operational for at least 1 year at the time of application and have a minimum teaching staff of 10 can apply. We encourage participation from CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and State Board schools alike.
Are contractual staff included in the survey?
Yes. We believe in an inclusive culture, which means that every active teaching staff member has a consistently positive experience at work. Therefore, we do not exclude any segment of employees. However, if you have a concern, it can be discussed with our assessment team prior to beginning the process.
What does the assessment process include?
What are the modes in which teachers can take the survey?
There are 2 modes available –
· Online (via unique email ids and internet connectivity)
· Offline Kiosk mode (available in select locations for now)
Is the survey available in multiple languages?
Yes, the survey is available in multiple languages including local regional as well as international languages.
What is the criteria for achieving the certification post-assessment?
The school must achieve a minimum of 75% positive responses in the survey to get certified.
What happens if a school does not meet the certification criteria of 75% positive responses in the survey?
The school will not be certified if it does not meet the certification threshold of 75% positive response. However,
§ Rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We believe in positive recognition thus we don’t disclose the names of schools which participate in the process and don’t get certified.
§ You still gain the benefits of employee feedback and can use our reports and analytics to decide further action plans. We have Consultants available if you’d like expert support along the way.
§ When you’re ready, you can apply again after a minimum of 6 months from the time of your survey.
§ Other branches and sister concerns of the school can still apply for the certification any time.

Our team comprises of top education consultants, psychologists, researchers and HR professionals who specialize in teacher wellbeing and school culture. The process is completely objective.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Absolutely. The feedback is kept completely anonymous to ensure honesty and integrity.
How can we apply?
You can fill out an Expression of Interest (EOI) form on our website. Our team will then get in touch to walk you through the next steps.
When can I apply and what is the duration of the process?
The registration for the certification program is open throughout the year. The entire process takes ~6-10 weeks.
Is the same certification valid for other branches or sister concerns of the school?
No. The “Teachers’ Top Pick School” certification is branch-specific and awarded based on the feedback and culture of each individual school campus. If a school has multiple branches or sister concerns, each campus must undergo the assessment process independently to ensure credibility and contextual relevance.
